Private Key - Crypto Adoption Party is free to attend. The first 50 attendees will receive 10€ worth of EUR to spend at the bar for their fave drink.
Paris is the place to be for all blockchain enthusiasts during the Paris Blockchain Week from 13th to 19th April. Besides the main event, the Paris Blockchain Summit, many small events take place to showcase the technology to the public. One of the most interesting events is hoped to be the “Private Key – Crypto Adoption Party” taking place at Le Chevaleret on Tuesday April 16th.
The events sponsor Stasis (stasis.net) will reward attendees that show up early with a free drink. The only requirement is that guests must install a cryptocurrency wallet because this night everything will be paid with blockchain based coins such as Bitcoin, Ethereum and “The Crypto Euro” or EURS a stable coin pegged to the Euro.
“It is always a highlight to host the adoption party because we can show that the blockchain can be used already to make payments.” Gregory Klumov founder of Stasis explains.
The event is free to attend for everyone and the first 50 attendees will receive 10€ worth of EURS to spend at the bar for their favorite beverage.
Having launched adoption parties in Singapore and Malta in the past, the co-organizer and founder of the Bitcoin Club Malta Leon Siegmund looks forward to see how Paris will react to the concept: “The past events where a lot of fun because we usually onboard over 50 new people to use crypto during the evening and one can literally feel the excitement when this happens.”
