Most of the crypto coins in the top 10, however, show growth from the past months, especially Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Steem (STEEM). In fact of all the crypto exchange prices, Steem had the most impressive performance.
The biggest gainer this week more than doubled its price. Steem opened Crypto Exchange June WK1 2017 with $1.049 but it broke the $2 mark come Wednesday after increasing by 136.20 percent. Reaching $2.478 this week, Steem maintained its momentum until Friday morning despite dropping by 4.39 percent.
Bitcoin, on another note, still shows positive signs of growth as it continues to trade in Bitcoin exchange platforms closer to $3,000 in Crypto Exchange June WK1 2017. The jump from Monday price to Wednesday price is remarkable while not as huge as that of Steem. The 18.57-percent increase in the Bitcoin price during the said days brought the digital currency roughly $100 shy of the new record.
Also showing appreciation are Ethereum and Ethereum Classic on the Ethereum exchange. Although they suffered a minor price drop, they both increased early in Crypto Exchange June WK1 2017 by 16.37% and 0.75%, respectively. Ethereum Classic, however, retained its $17 price all throughout the week.
