For the second week of Crypto Exchange January 2018, Bitcoin fell once again. From its price of $16,162 on Monday, it dropped to $13,316 on Friday morning.
Crypto Exchange January WK2 2018 surprised the blockchain community. Just when the cryptocurrencies are slowly getting back to their momentum, the prices all dropped throughout the week.
Last week in crypto exchanges, almost all of the prices of crypto coins rose except for Litecoin (LTC) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). This week, only Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin Cash managed to increase. Ethereum exchange sites are happy that the only coin whose price grew on Wednesday was Ethereum. Sadly, the altcoin went to a different direction on Friday. Bitcoin Cash, on the other hand, joined the rest of the top 10 coins in the red; good thing the altcoin jumped by 0.03 percent come Friday.
Meanwhile, Bitcoin (BTC), Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), NEM (NEM), Stellar (XLM), and IOTA (IOT) tried to keep up with their last week’s improvements but failed. Bitcoin exchanges hoped for Bitcoin’s continuous progress since it hit $16,162 on Monday. Unfortunately, the cryptocurrency had a 0.10-percent fall on Wednesday and failed to increase once again after plunging by 0.07 percent on Friday.
But despite all the negatives that the crypto coins received this week, the good news is that another altcoin, TRON (TRX), joined the list. Hopefully, next week there will be more good news to come from the crypto coins.
