Contact CoinChoose

Email the CoinChoose Editorial Team at [email protected] with corrections or questions. We cannot access or recover coins and never ask for secrets.

The quickest way to reach CoinChoose is by email: [email protected]. The address is read by the CoinChoose Editorial Team, and we aim to reply within a few working days.

What to write to us about

  • Corrections. If a fee, date, licence or status on one of our pages is wrong or out of date, please send the page address and, if you have it, a link to the primary source (the exchange’s own page, a regulator’s notice or official documentation). We check every report and update the page when it holds up.
  • Exchanges and wallet makers. Companies may send factual updates about their products, availability or licences. We verify them independently before anything changes, and we do not accept payment for coverage.
  • Reader questions. General questions about how something works are welcome, and good ones often become additions to our guides.

What we cannot help with

CoinChoose is an information site. We are not an exchange, wallet or payment service, so we cannot see, move, freeze or recover anyone’s coins, and we cannot resolve disputes with a platform. If a withdrawal is stuck, contact the platform’s own support first, then the regulator or ombudsman that supervises it where one exists.

We also do not give personal investment or tax advice. For decisions about your own money, speak to a qualified adviser in your country.

Please never send us secrets

Do not include a recovery phrase, private key, password, two-factor code or copies of identity documents in any message. Nobody at CoinChoose will ever ask for them. If someone claiming to be from CoinChoose does, it is a scam: ignore it and report it to us at the address above.

Before you write

Many common questions are answered in our guides to crypto wallets, exchanges and coins. For how we handle anything you send, see the privacy policy.
